What We Do

Training for Work

Seeds for Growth’s training programmes focus on supporting disadvantaged or disengaged people on the path to work or to setting up their own business or social enterprise. We endeavour to bring our programmes as close to our client groups as we can; running projects in local community centres, schools and housing estates.

One of our main target groups comprises unemployed youths and adults who are on benefits and not accessing any other training or employment services.

Alongside the support we provide to people in getting back to work, we also assist our project participants in addressing their health, housing and other issues which may be hindering their ability to access work or to become self-employed.

Seeds for Growth in London focuses on supporting socially marginalised people to achieve their full potential by addressing the factors – such as unemployment, poor health, and  lack of access to training or housing – that can so often hold them back.
