Gregory Cohn
Chief Executive

Gregory is the founder and Chief Executive of Seeds for Growth. His career began and in the mid to late 70’s was a team member creating the Law Centre movement in the UK.  For over 30 years Gregory has led agencies promoting the launch of worker co- operatives in several of the most disadvantaged areas of London. In the mid 90’s Gregory established the concept of Social Enterprise when he launched Social Enterprise London and later was a member of the team establishing Social Enterprise UK. Gregory is now leading the Seeds for Growth programme, Greening Communities, to convert waste / under used land on social housing estates into community gardens.

Tiffany Landamore
Head Gardener

Tiffany is a freelance edible garden designer, holistic health practitioner and organic food grower.  She’s passionate about the healing power of plants and provides edible garden design services, handcrafted herbal remedies, health consultations and food growing workshops to help bring the healing power of plants into people’s daily life and help others find their way back to a place of wholeness, health and vitality. Tiffany teaches adults all aspects of urban organic food growing following permaculture principles. As a UCL Institute of Education qualified teacher and she has worked extensively on food growing projects in primary schools. Tiffany holds the Sustainable Horticulture and Permaculture Design Certificate from Schumacher College, a Regenerative Agroforestry Certificate from the Eco-Landscape Mastery School and a CAD Garden Design Certificate from Capel Manor College, London. Tiffany studied Herbal and Vibrational Medicine with The School of Natural Medicine UK, trained as a Clinical Herbal Practitioner with The School of Evolutionary Herbalism and learned the principles of Ayurvedic Medicine at Maa Yoga Ashram, India.

Conrad Vince

I have 18 years experience of working for the market leaders in the finance sector. I am the Programme Manager for State Street Corporation and have previously worked in JP Morgan focussing on change management, reconciliation and trade support. I am delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to Seeds for Growth my communication skills and people management expertise. I hold a master's degree in in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Commerce. I also have a Green Belt Sigma, Prince II practitioner and E-sourcing Capability Model certifications.

Patricia Gerhardt Rangel

Patricia is a community artist delivering participatory art interventions focusing in the promotion of wellbeing. She graduated in Psychology in 2005 in Brazil. In London, she has completed a BTEC Foundation Course in Art and Design at the Hackney Community College in 2009. Patricia also completed an MA Degree at Goldsmiths College in Participatory and Community Arts in 2010/2011. Her practice incorporates elements of psychotherapeutic group work, self-expression for wellbeing and the use of the artistic process to make sense of the world around us in a more symbolic way. Patricia is the founder of ArtSense Studio, a social impact venture delivering social interventions through art programmes. Patricia founded CoCreate Tower Hamlets, a Community Group creating a space for local people to interact and find their voices while using the arts and expression as common ground to engage and practice the development of change-making skills.

Nikolaos Kotinas

Nikos works in UBS AG as a Project Manager / Business Analyst – Risk Reporting. Nikos is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a Cambridge University MBA. Nikos volunteers as a trustee and he is keen to support an organisation not with the sole aim of profit but also for the general good of society. Nikos, in supporting the charity, draws on her expertise in project management, change management, business analysis, business strategy, financial analysis, IT change and projects, people management, and his experience of establishing business structures and processes.

Mehmet Gokcedag

Mehmet is a risk manager in the banking and finance sector. Previously Mehmet was an academic and PhD lecturer. He is highly technologically aware. Mehmet seeks to make a positive impact in Seeds for Growth through his volunteer management contribution with a focus on education, technology, fundraising and management.

Hannah Smith

I became a Seeds for Growth Trustee as an opportunity to use my professional experience to improve a charity that I believe in. I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who enjoys being able to assist people and businesses at all stages to improve and fulfil their goals. Presently I’m working as a management consultant in KPMG, leading UK provider of tax, audit and advisory services. I have understood what it takes to succeed in a competitive commercial environment whilst coaching and mentoring professionals/young adults in my spare time.
